As we approach a globalised definition of planetary purpose, we are afforded the opportunity to integrate our individual understanding of self with that of a similarly globalised metaphysical definition of being and human purpose.
 
Viewing this evolution of mind in terms of ‘Elemental Philosophy’ as it relates to 'Gaia Theory' is the ideal means by which to establish a collective definition, as the resources we share relate not only to the physical globe but also its theoretical conceptualisations.
 

Here, borders come to represent how we delineate between the philosophical elements in order to meditate on their interrelationship, as well as how the anthropocentric view of the human identity has effectively defined the human subject as being contemporary to nature.
