Q: Who are you? What is this?
A: Oh, sorry, this is my website where I have mocked up a click-through experience in order to communicate my business model innovation bespoke to social enterprise / design for a post-work world.

Q: Why?
A: Erm, because this is how I've adapted to cope with the state of the world over the years and it seems to only become more relevant as I pursue the inspiration of modelling the world (and its components) this way.
​
Q: Isn't it a bit dodgy to take such a systems-level approach to people-centric issues?
A: Perhaps but arguably it's just as dangerous to only work on a grassroots level without a cohesive goal... That's how we wound up in this mess, isn't it?

Q: How come you back this so resolutely?
A: I've travelled around a fair bit and seen loads of amazing efforts toward these cumulative ends, but it would take literally thousands of years without correct application of tech and a corresponding philosophy... I just can't live my life blindly accepting that timescale - I need to know I made the way a little easier for the next generation!

Q: What makes you qualified to speak on these issues?
A: Hmm, well, I guess I'm not really qualified in the sense of an academic specialisation but realistically a specialisation for this doesn't even exist yet! In a way, my living outside of the system for so long makes me more qualified to comment, as I'm a multi-disciplinarian who's chosen altruism and this vision above most else.

Q: You do realise this is super ambitious and probably dangerous, right?
A: Believe me, I've tried to give up on the idea countless times but it won't let me. Each time I've attempted to close myself off to it, it comes back to me after a pause with more insight, begging me to just scribble down one more little note or save one more page into a research folder. There was actually a point where I had to step back in order to focus on my own life and more ordinary things, so I do fully appreciate that it's not for everyone.

Q: Is it really only you behind all of this?
A: Yes and no. Since the start VIE has been my personal vision but it has always been shaped and inspired entirely by world affairs, so I can't take credit for much of that bit. VIE wouldn't exist as a design model if there weren't so many amazing efforts toward compatible aims... Really I've just compiled them all into a super geeky system because my personal interests lie in spirituality and natural healing and I needed to feel useful!
