The fourth floor of Project VIE is concerned with biome and wildlife management, as well as our collective narrative as expressed through storytelling and archetypes.

Primary concerns: settling regions according to biomes; animal welfare and conservation; the distribution of affordable "green" energy (and its relevant institutions and infrastructure); and how we define the context of global culture.
