The eighth floor of Project VIE is concerned with the ongoing study of futurism; as well as the home of the SCEPTRE algorithm which protects the previous protocols.

Primary concerns: future-craft and application of the meta-cognitive function (with regard to our narrative / timeline as a planet); higher law specific to the protection of the ideal synthesis and algorithmic protocols; and synergy of the whole.
